SELLING POLICIES:

• Due to the rapid and sometimes dramatic changes in the metals market, all prices are subject to change without notice.
• We have the right to refuse a sale if an error is made in the posting of an item(s) on this website. 
• All orders are held until payments (checks, wires, etc.) clear our bank except with established customers in good standing.
• We charge +3.5% for credit card purchases on bullion sales.

SHIPPING POLICIES: 

• Due to restrictions with shipping, insurance, and customs, we do not ship orders outside the United States of America at this time.

PRIVACY POLICY: 

• Any information collected from visitors to this website will be used only in serving our customers, in completing our business transactions with our customers, and will not be shared with third parties. All material on this site is copyright by SE Michigan Rare Coins & Bullion, LLC or by third parties. No reproduction or reuse of this material is permitted without prior written consent. 

ORDERING POLICIES:

• Please Contact Us if any questions prior to ordering.
• If you find an item, shoot us a text or email so we can get together on payment (will automate this step in the near future - see How to Purchase)
• We will ship the item, including necessary insurance, within 2 business days UNLESS it is posted on our Home Page that we are unavailable to ship due to vacations, holidays, family emergencies, etc. If our staff is unavailable as posted on our Home Page, you will still be able to shop and arrange payment and delivery. Only physical delivery of items may be delayed.

RETURN POLICIES:

• You may return any item, except bullion items, within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping, as long as the item is in it's original packaging. Once the SE Michigan Rare Coins & Bullion, LLC packaging has been opened and a coin (for example) is removed from our packaging (a flip for example) we cannot accept the return. Any packaging that has been tampered with will be considered opened and non-returnable.
• Due to the rapid and sometimes dramatic changes in bullion prices, we cannot accept returns of bullion purchases.
